Best Value - By pre-manufacturing and standardizing key components we pass the savings on to you. Select either flat tops, tops with risers on the rear, or tops with risers on the rear and both ends. Tops are available in all popular sizes and thicknesses. All risers are at least 1/2 inch thick and 5 inches high. Keeping it simple allows us to offer a great value.

Custom Table Tops

Made-To-Order Custom Table Tops with any specification that you require.

• Any size - Up to 60 inches by 144 inches with no seams.
• Any shape - If you can draw it we can make it. We can work from your Auto Cad drawings.
• Options - Waste cutouts, sink cutouts, faucet holes are no problem. You draw it and we will make it.
• Top thickness - 3/4 inch to 2 inch.
• Risers - From 3/4 inch to 1 1/4 inch thick. Up to 10 inches high from the top of the table. Risers can be added to as many sides or ends as you require.
• Drop edges - Can be added for a total edge thickness of up to 2 inches.
• Fasteners - Are recessed and covered with Woodfiber Laminate plugs that are sanded smooth.

1. Select price of the nearest size flat table top from price sheet above. If necessary we will trim it down to your required size.
2. Add per lineal inch of coved risers (risers are measured from the top of the table):

Installing Custom Table Tops

We do not manufacture metal bases, but we can work with a fabricator in your area to ensure you get the proper end result.

For permanent installation, table tops should be bolted to a hat channel metal base. One channel in front and one in the rear, running the length of the table. Tables 48" and wider should add a center channel and legs.

Drill and tap woodfiber, every 6 to 8 inches, for 1/4" - 20 flat bottom machine screws - use a #7 drill (.218) and a 1/4 - 20 bottoming tap.

NOTE: DO NOT DRILL THROUGH TOP. MAKE SURE TAP OR MACHINE SCREWS DO NOT BOTTOM OUT AND PUSH UP WOODFIBER LAMINATE. BE CAREFUL; THERE IS NO WAY TO REPAIR A DAMAGED TOP.
